Before He Cheats (Lucky/Wade)

It was 3 in the morning and Wade still wasn't home. Lucky waited up all night for him on the couch, and still no sign of him. She saw headlights pulling into the driveway, Wade walked in the door.

"Where the hell have you been?" Lucky asked tiredly.

"Out." Wade said.

"Out where?" Lucky asked

"Why does it matter Lucky?" Wade asked annoyed.

"Because it's 3 in the damn morning." Lucky said angrily

"And?" Wade asked trying to get past Lucky.

Lucky stood in front of him, "And I'd like to know why the hell you have glitter on your face."

Wade sighed. "Lucky don't start."

"Don't you 'don't start' me. Why is there glitter on your face?" Lucky asked

Wade stayed silent.

"You didn't...." Tears started to form in Lucky's eyes

Wade sighed. "Yes I did..."

Lucky broke down in tears, "How could you?"

Wade shook his head.

"I don't know."

Lucky continued to cry, "I carry your children for you, and this is the thanks I get? I just don't believe you."

Wade tried to wrap his arms around Lucky.

"Don't touch me." Lucky said walking away.

"Lucky!" Wade called.

"No, just, no." Lucky said

Wade followed her. "Lucky, let me explain."

"What is there to explain? You cheated." Lucky said

Wade grabbed Lucky's arm. "I know I messed up, please forgive me."

"Why should I? Was she even worth it?" Lucky asked

"She doesn't even matter, I love you not her." Wade said.

"Then what was the point of cheating?" Lucky asked, "I'm just so confused."
