First Day (Lula/Matt)

Lula walked into the SmackDown arena with a nervous smile on her face. Even though she had talked to Courtney about her nervousness the day before, she just couldn't get that feeling out of her. It was like she knew she was going to screw up in her match or forget her lines. Lula shook out her doubts and her worries before walking to her destination.

Matt told Lula to come to his office before the show so they could talk about what she was doing on-screen. So after dropping off her things in the Diva's locker room, she started walking towards the GM's office. Of course she got a little lost, but she finally found it five minutes later. Lula took a deep breathe before knocking on the door.

"Come on in, it's open" Matt said, leaning back in his seat, feet propped up on the desk. Not much was going on before the show tonight and he was just relaxing since he had a bit of alone time. He knew Lula was coming by.

Lula opened the door. "Hey."

"Lula, hey." He said a wide smile coming across his face. "Come on in, take a seat. How are you? It's good to see you."

Lula smiled back as she sat down in front of Matt's desk. "I'm doing good, nervous though."

"Why? You are talented, you'll be great out there. They'll love you." Matt said.

Lula blushed a little. "Thank you."

Matt smiled. "Welcome. Can't wait to see you out there."

Lula smiled back. "Merci."

"Welcome?" Matt chuckled. "You did just say thank you in French, right?"

Lula chuckled at Matt's question. "Oui."

"Lula, English, please." He chuckled. "You just like confusing me, don't you?"

"Okay sorry." Lula giggled, "And yes, I do like confusing you, it's fun."

"Fun for who? Cause I'm trying to see where the fun is for me?" He said with a small grin.

"It's fun for me, it doesn't matter if it's not fun for you." Lula joked.

"Doesn't work that way, Lula." Matt said.

"Aw, I'm just kidding Matt. Please forgive me?" Lula asked.

"You know I can't be mad at you, Lula." Matt said.

Lula smiled. "I know."

Matt chuckled and shook his head.

"Especially with that smile, you're likable...what can I say."

Lula blushed. "You just love flattering me, don't you?"

He smiled at her blush.

"It's the truth, but yes, I do." Matt replied.

Lula smiled back.

"You hungry? Want to get something from catering?" Matt asked.

"Sure."
