She's Back

"You're not leaving this house until you eat even for football." John said.

Anthony took a bite of toast and ate a piece of bacon. "There I ate."

John mumbled under his breath before he stood up and grabbed his keys before walking to the door.

"Be easy on him, babe. I'll see you when you get home.' Elle said, kissing John on the cheek.

Anthony got out of his seat and grabbed his bag before he walked to the door.

John smiled at Elle then nodded before he kissed her on the forehead and walked to his car. He unlocked it then got in the driver's seat.

Anthony walked to the car and got into the backseat when John unlocked the doors.

John started the car then pulled out of the driveway and began driving.

"Look, I'm sorry you're upset but there's no way I can get Cassie back." John said.

"You could if tried." Anthony said.

"No I couldn't have. She wanted to leave so I let her." John said.

"Whatever, this sucks." Anthony said, looking out the window.

"I know but you'll just have to get over it. The new nanny will be hotter I'm sure and she'll want to marry you too." John said.

"I don't want anyone else, I want Cassie." Anthony said.

"Well sorry to break it to you but you can't have her." John said.

"You suck." Anthony muttered.

John just shook his head as he continued driving, getting to the school a few minutes later.

Anthony took his bag before getting out of the car. He closed the door and went to the school.

John groaned before he drove back home.

Elle had taken Savannah to her dance class and Cameron to tee ball practice. She figured she'd stay out a bit and went to go get her hair done while the kids were doing their thing for a little bit.

Cassie wasn't too far from Anthony's school, she saw John drop him off and smiled to herself. She stayed in the car and would wait until he went on break to talk to him.

When John got home he put on a pair of black shorts and a white sleeveless shirt. He walked into the gym he got built into the house and started working out.

Cassie got out of the car when she realized Anthony was on break. She walked to the gate and called for Anthony.

He turned around when he heard his name and ran over. "Cassie!"

"Hey sweetie." Cassie smiled.

"I thought you left." Anthony said.

"What gave you that idea?" She asked.

"Mom and Dad said that you got a new job and left us."

Cassie shook her head. "I didn't leave you. I'd never you. They fired me."

"Why?" Anthony asked.

"Cause of your mother, she doesn't like me and because of that, your dad doesn't either." Cassie replied.

"It's not fair."

"I know, it's not. I miss you, honey." Cassie said.

"I miss you too, a lot. I want you to come back.' Anthony said.

"We'll work something out, okay? I promise. We won't be apart for too long." Cassie said.

"Okay." Anthony said.

"I'll see you later, be good." Cassie said before getting up and walking to her car.

Anthony waved goodbye before going back over to his friends.

John finished working out an hour later and went into the bathroom located in his and Elle's bedroom to take a shower.

Elle came back home with the twins a bit later. She had decided to take out her extensions and wear her normal hair length, along with lightening the color a little bit. There was still some time before Anthony had to come home from school, so she went to go make lunch for everyone.

Savannah ran upstairs and went to Elle and John's room, trying to climb on the bed.

Cameron stayed near Elle and helped her make lunch.

After his shower John wiped his body down with a towel to make sure it was dry then got dressed. He headed downstairs after he was done and went into the living room.

"Hey babe, good timing, we're making lunch." Elle said.

"Hey Dad." Cameron waved.

"Hey my beautiful ladies and awesome. I'm hungry." John said with a smile.
