The wide smile stayed on his face as he felt the kiss on his cheek.

"You're welcome sweetheart." John said as he wrapped his arms around Elle then kissed her on her forehead.

"Sounds perfect, I haven't had ice cream in a while." John said.

"Okay, I'll be right back." She said, stealing a kiss from John before getting out of the bed. She grabbed his shirt and put on, along with her underwear before walking out of the room. Before heading downstairs, she checked on the kids, making sure they were all still asleep.

John smiled, watching Elle walk out of the room then bent his arms back against the headboard. He leaned his head against his arms and relaxed as he waited.

Elle headed downstairs and walked into the kitchen. She grabbed a bowl, two spoons, and the ice cream scooper. She went to the fridge, grabbing the ice cream out of the freezer and the whipped cream. She put a few large scoops into the bowl and topped with lots of whipped cream. Elle went to the pantry and finished the sundae off with the chocolate syrup. She put everything away in its place before walking upstairs and coming back into the bathroom.

John smiled widely when he saw Elle walk back into the room then his eyes moved to the ice cream sundaes.

"Yum." John said with a little excitement in his voice.

Elle smiled as she got back onto the bed. She set the bowl on his lap and handed him a spoon, as she held onto the other.
