She's Back

"Mmm....kids...school.." Elle muttered against John's lips as she continued to kiss him.

John pulled away from Elle a few moments later then chuckled.

"Your lips need to stop being so irresistible and distracting." John said.

"That's yours, I can't get enough of it...even after all of these years." Elle said.

"I think it's a good thing we still find each other irresistible though, a lot of people in relationships don't have an amazing sex life like we do." John said.

"That's true. Everyone says that once you get married, the sex dies out. Glad we weren't the case." Elle said.

"If anything it increased a hundred and ten percent when we got married." John said with a chuckle.

"Have to keep you around someway." Elle smiled.

"You are enough, sex is just a huge plus for me." John said, smiling back at Elle.

"Mmm..you're too sweet." Elle said, leaning over to steal a kiss from John.

"So are you babe but if we continue this the kids are never going to go to school." John said with a chuckle.

"Kids...school...right.." Elle muttered, nodding her head as she got up and left the bed.

"You want me to help you?" John asked as he watched Elle get up.

"Could you? Please?" Elle asked.

"Of course, no problem." John said as he got up and went into the closet to get clothes.

"Just get them up and make sure they're getting ready for school, and I can make breakfast and get lunches together." Elle said.

John nodded then pulled on a pair of shorts and a t-shirt before he put on his socks, shoes, and a hat. He walked out of the closet then the bedroom before going to each of the kids room and waking them up.

"Time for school, you guys have to wake up." John said.

Anthony huffed, pulling the covers over his head and sunk back beneath the covers. "...five more minutes.." He muttered curling back up into this bed, dreading getting up from the bed.

Savannah shook Cameron who's bed she was sleeping in. She had gotten scared that night and slept in her twin brother's bed. "Get up!" She said, poking him in the side.

"Stooppp, mooooveee Sav!" Cameron grumbled.

John chuckled as he watched Savannah, sure that she would be able to get Cameron up he went to Anthony's room. He walked over to his eldest son's bed then pulled the blanket off him then gently shook his shoulder.

"Come on Anthony, you've had enough time to sleep. Get up." John said.

"Can never sleep enough." Anthony murmured, his eyes trying to stay shut as he pulled the covers up to him some more. "Can I just stay home with you and mom?"

"You're not sick and last time I checked it's not a day off or is there anything mother nature related preventing you to safetly get to school. So no you can not stay home." John said, grabbing Anthony's blanket again and taking it off then putting it on the floor.

"Okay, fine, I'm getting up." Anthony huffed, raising up in the bed.

"Thank you." John said before walking out the door.

Once outside the room he stood against the wall and waited. When John was younger he'd always go back to bed once his parents left the room so he was prepared to wait until Anthony followed him out before going downstairs.

Anthony grumbled to himself and eventually got out of the bed. He walked out of his bed and right past John to go to his bathroom to brush his teeth.

"Daddy." Savannah said, poking her head out of her bedroom. "Help me, please?"

John grinned with satisfaction when he watched Anthony get up and go into the bathroom to get ready. He then heard Savannah's voice and looked over at her.

"Sure sweetie, what's up?" John asked as he walked over to his little girl.

"I can't do my shoes." Savannah huffed walking back into the room and pointing at the sneakers she had in the middle of the floor as she headed over to the bed.
