Courtney sighed as she watched Randy walk upstairs. This showed to be a much bigger of a mess than she thought. She knew it was going to take a lot before Randy was comfortable with her again.

Randy took off his clothes and got into the shower after turning it on. Maybe a hot shower would do him some good, make him less tense.

Courtney finished washing the dishes then put them away. She looked around, trying to figure out what to do. It then hit her when her eyes hit the fridge. Last time she hurt Randy she did something special for him to make it up to him. She remembered cheesecake was his favorite dessert and she hadn't made it in a while. Courtney then opened the fridge and started grabbing ingredients to make cheesecake. It may not be a huge thing like she did for his birthday but it was something.

Randy got into the shower, staying in there for about fifteen minutes. He was never one to stay in for a long period of time but enjoyed the feeling of the hot water. He stepped and went go change, pulling on sweats and a t-shirt.
