Another Surgery (John/Elle)

"I dont. I blame her for making the match."

"She's just doing her job." Elle says.

"Well she can do her job and move me to Smackdown like I asked, but she wants to make my life a living hell."

"She's only doing it as payback for what you did to me, don't take it seriously." Elle says.

"Whatever." He says

"John she didn't want to hurt you, I can guarantee you that." Elle says.

"Whatever you say."

"Why are you being so stubborn about this?" Elle asks.

"Cause I'm the one lying here not her."

"And I'm here with you, yet you don't see me holding a grudge against her." Elle says.

"Because according to you and her this was all done for you." John says

Elle rolls her eyes.

"Do you honestly think I wanted this? No, I'm freaking out over here because you're about to go through this surgery, again and something can easily go wrong and you could never walk again. Neither of us wanted this for you John, it was a mistake." Elle says.

John shruggs

Elle shakes her head before getting off the bed.

"I'll see you when you get out." Elle says, softly.

John looked at her and nodded

Elle turns away from him, whipping her eyes as she walks out of the room.

John just lays there

Elle sits in a chair in the waiting room.

Few Hours Later


John was put into a room. He was still knocked out, but he should be waking up soon.

Elle walks into the room and sits at the edge of the bed before leaning down and kissing John's forehead.

John groans opening his eyes

"Hey babe." Elle says, resting her forehead against his.

"Hey." He says softly

"The surgery went well." Elle says, running her thumb across his cheek.

"Okay."
