Mixed Emotions (John/Elle)

"Elle its nothing. Go eat and I will be here when you get back."

"Then if it's nothing, you're coming with me." Elle says.

"No I'm not."

"Yeah you are, if you're okay and nothing is wrong, you're coming with me." Elle says.

"I am not Elle. Go eat with Orton." He says

"You're coming, unless you tell me what's going on with you." She says.

"I just want to be by myself."

"I really don't get what's going on with you John, it's obvious that I need you around and that I'm trying to keep my mind off of everything that's going on but all you think about is yourself." Elle says, getting up.

"I'll go dont expect me to talk." He says getting up

"No, forget it. If you want to be an ass go ahead." Elle says.

"Fine go down there with your buddy."

"Well, my buddy is being here a lot more for me than my own husband." Elle says.

"Your buddy is the reason why I'm not going." He mutters low

"Why is he the reason you aren't going?" Elle asks.

"Because he likes to rub it in my face that he had you first." John shouted "Are you happy now that you know?"

"That's what you're mad about me? Who gives a shit if he had me first, who am I with now..you." Elle says.

"Elle it hurts okay."

"Why?" Elle asks.

"Because it does."

"That doesn't explain anything to me." Elle says.

"It hurts because I was the one who sat there and watched him being an asshole to the one fucking person that I was in love with and I did nothing to stop it." John says

"John, you can't keep dwelling on that. At the end of all of that, you're with me." She says.

"Cant help it when he brings it up every chance he gets just to piss me off."

"I don't know why you let him get to you." Elle says

"Cause for some reason it is easy for him to do so."
