A Small Distraction (Anyone)

Courtney nodded.

"So, how have you been?" Elle asked.

"Pretty good, how about you?" Courtney asked.

"Same here. Cameron and Savannah took their first steps a couple weeks ago." Elle said.

"Aww that's awesome." Courtney said.

"Yeah, now they're following John and I everywhere." Elle said.

"That's so cute." Courtney said.

Elle nodded her head.

"I think it takes John's mind off of the fact that Anthony still doesn't really like hi and that the two of them are practically raging war against each other." Elle said.

"I'm sorry to hear that." Courtney said.

"It's a pain in the ass. I don't know what to do anymore." Elle said.

"Maybe he needs therapy." Courtney said.

"Who? Anthony?" Elle asked.

"Yeah." Courtney said.

Elle sighed as she leaned back in her chair.

"I feel so horrible, it's my fault that he's even like this." Elle said.

"No I blame John." Courtney said.

"And me staying around didn't help Anthony much either." Ele said.

"You both shouldn't have fought so much in front of him." Courtney said.

"I know..." Elle said, running her hands through her hair. "I feel terrible about it."

"It's not your fault Elle. John started most of it." Courtney said.

"But I got so caught up in it that I didn't even think about my own son." Elle said.

Courtney sighed.

"It's still his fault." Courtney said.

"Maybe...can't put all the blame on him." Elle said.

"Can so." Courtney said.

"I could've stopped Court. Yeah Cena started it, but I didn't always have to argue back." Elle said.
