"Great." Cassie said, she figured she'd hang around the bar for awhile. Even though she wished John was going upstairs with her, but she knows that'll happen eventually.

John went up to his room then closed it the door slowly. He walked into the bathroom to change, not saying a word. If Elle was there he didn't really want to talk to her.

Elle was there and was visibly irritated when she saw John walk in without saying a word. The kids had been asleep and she was up, in the bedroom doing some work from her laptop. It wasn't like John to just not return a phone call or let her know what was going on when she came to visit him, so this made her unhappy.

John changed and walked into the bedroom again not saying a word. He got into bed and lied down, he closed his eyes but didn't fall asleep. Knowing Elle she would say something.

John sat up and glared at Elle.

"You did not fucking call me. You didn't even fucking text me. You left the arena without saying a single thing even though you and the kids being there was important to me." John said.

"Are you kidding me right now?!" Elle said. "I did call you! I called you as soon as the show was over." Elle said, grabbing her phone and showing him her recently called list. "So, what your excuse now?"

John grabbed Elle phone then looked at it. She was right she did call him...what the hell? He then grabbed his phone from his pocket and looked at it. No missed calls.

"I'm confused." John said.

He laughed and shook his head.

"Must have been a misunderstanding. She probably forgot." John said.
