Later on in the game, Allie was at 89. She rolled a five, sliding down to 73.

"I hate these stupid slides now." Allie said.

Courtney stood up and grabbed her purse before pulling out a twenty dollar bill.

"You win." Courtney said with a smile as she held out the money.

"Okay." Courtney said, grabbing a bowl then putting bread crumbs into it and started dipping the chicken into the bowl.

"Can you grab me a pan to put the chicken on?"

"Okay." Allie said before grabbing the pan she was asked to get. She gave it to Courtney, "I forgot to tell you this. So guess who called me last night."

She thanked Allie and put the piece of chicken into the pan before she dipped the second one into the breadcrumbs.

"Who?" Courtney asked as she looked at Allie.

"So do you remember Jason? That guy that I told you and Daddy about and I fell so hard in love with him, then ended up dumping me on my ass. He hasn't talked to me in seven months then he calls and gives me this sob fest about how he misses me and he wants is to work. I thought I was for sure over him, but I talked to him and these unsettled feelings are back and I'm confused. I want to call his phone call bullshit, but I think I still like him and now I'm confused." Allie said, ending with a sigh.

Courtney sighed as she thought about what to say for a few minutes before she opened her mouth.

"It's never easy to get over someone that you fall in love with. If he seems sincere maybe you should try to be friends first, don't act on any feelings. Just see how it goes. If he's really sorry he'll wait for you to decide if you can trust him again and he'll do anything he can to prove that he deserves your trust. If he can't then he's not the one for you."

Allie nodded as Courtney talked to her. "Well I would have acted differently if he would have still contacted me instead of calling me out of the blue and saying this."
